This policy describes how Biseda Keyboard (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our iOS app and custom keyboard extension. By using Biseda Keyboard, you agree to this policy.

What we process

To suggest replies, you may paste or select text that is sent from your device to our systems for processing. We use this content only to generate suggestions for you. We do not use your chats to train public models without appropriate disclosure where required by law.

AI-Powered Features & Third-Party Data Sharing

Biseda Keyboard uses AI to generate personalised reply suggestions. When you use this feature:

  • What data is sent: The conversation context you copy or paste (messages from the chat), along with your selected tone, mode, and language preferences.
  • Who receives it: This data is sent to our AI processing service hosted at biseda-ai.onrender.com, which uses OpenAI's API to generate replies.
  • Data retention: Conversation data is processed in real-time and is not stored or retained after generating your reply. It is not used for AI model training.
  • Your consent: The app requests your explicit permission before sending any data to the AI service. You can decline, and the keyboard will function without AI-generated replies.
  • No sale of data: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

Full access

Apple’s “Allow Full Access” setting can be required for clipboard-based flows and related features. We do not log your keystrokes for advertising purposes.

Payments

Subscriptions and consumable credits are billed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple processes payment details; we receive subscription state and transaction information necessary to deliver entitlements.

Data retention

We minimise retention of message content and describe operational practices in product documentation. You may contact us to request information about your account or deletion where applicable.
